Using a hand-held device with bar code capability
operating on either the Palm OS or the Microsoft
Pocket PC platforms, you are able to track merchandise
before it is loaded on the truck and track it when it is delivered to your
customer. Exceptions
may be noted at appropriate times.
Signature capture at delivery ensures that questions
are easily handled by customer service or take advantage of IRM
so that your customer can research deliveries at their
convenience on the Internet.
