UBS User’s Conference 2003 on March 19-20
A Great Success!

The UBS User’s Conference 2003 covered many new and creative ways in which Universal brings technological solutions to their customers, helping them to reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction and retention and increase operational efficiency.
    

Paper Master 8.0 – One of the highlights of the Conference was the new and improved release of Paper Master, version 8.0 It was discussed and reviewed in detail. Many new features and enhancements are now standard in this release. It is available for immediate deployment and use. The Attendees, also, benefited from the Breakout Sessions in which they were able to ask individual questions on specific topics and to discuss areas of interest with either UBS personnel or each other or both.
