United Paper Corp. of Menasha Wisconson has been up and running for just over a month. According to Todd Murphy " the UBS software has enabled us to save 60 man hours per week already. The system has already helped streamline operations and has provided us with many capabilities our Maytech software could not."
United also instituted UBS's Document Delivery software along with Integrated imaging. This enable's the POD's to be scanned, linked to the invoices, trigger the billing and send the invoices via print, fax or email automatically. A totally streamline billing process.
Additionally Todd said, "I was a little concerned how our sales force would take to SalesPro and the use of the technology. I am happy to say that they love it. One salesperson said, SalesPro provides us with more information than our old system and it is all real time."
United has also implemented Synergy.Net UBS's new on line ordering system to replace their existing Maytech one.
